At rocksresort, a hotel belonging to the Weisse Arena Gruppe, various measures are constantly being implemented to promote biodiversity, including the cultivation of ‘rockstea’ organic herbal tea.
The homemade tea blend grows on the roofs of the rocksresort houses in summer, which not only leads to colourful blossoms on the roofs, but also creates a habitat for insects and pollinators. The tea blend tastes particularly delicious on cold winter days. During the summer, the herbs are regularly harvested, dried and then lovingly processed by hand. The tea blend consists of local Alpine herbs and traditional medicinal plants and comprises a total of 21 herbs. The rockstea is available in the Piazza cafedeli, in the Riders Hotel, at the Laax guest information centre and in the Ella in Flims.
