The 2-seater chairlift from Alp Ruschein to Crap Masegn is a thing of the past. We now transport our guests on a state-of-the-art 6-seater chairlift, which was developed in collaboration with Porsche Design Studios. In addition to the futuristic design, the mobile seating oases impress with hitherto unique technical innovations. For example, there are solar panels on the back of the seats that cover the power requirements of the seat heating and provide even more comfort.
Another highlight is a joint in the cable suspension. It allows the chair to swivel 45 degrees against the direction of travel. This means that instead of looking at the back of the person in front of you, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the mountain landscape. In contrast to previous chairlifts, the new installation also travels six instead of five metres per second, thus increasing capacity by 20 per cent.
